As a professional body that represents the leaders and managers who work at every stage of the lifecycle of a construction project, we seek to influence government, industry and other stakeholders around the world with the aim of promoting the construction management discipline and addressing the challenges that the sector faces.
Our Research
Our membership is without doubt the broadest of any professional body concerned with the built environment. Combined with our remit to act in the public interest, as outlined in our Royal Charter, this helps us to form and evolve socio-economic research from a unique perspective on a whole range of issues, including the ethical conduct expected of construction managers and how we use construction as a vehicle to increase social mobility and improve productivity.

Our Campaigns
Campaigns help raise awareness of a particular issue that we feel needs to receive greater focus, in order for the industry to continue to innovate and tackle challenges that lie ahead. We use our campaigns to drive influence and change both at an industry and governmental level, through engagement with relevant stakeholders and influencing relevant policy.
